  • Our mobile and desktop applications, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS, watchOS and tvOS apps (where offered);

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps or services that We do not control, even if linked from Our Services.

Depending on how You use the Services, We may collect:

2.1 Information You provide

  • Name, organisation, email address, phone number and other contact details;
  • Messages and information submitted through contact, enquiry or support forms;
  • Newsletter or update subscription email addresses;
  • Account or profile details if You create an account in an app;
  • Feedback, ratings, reviews or correspondence You send to Us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical information (device model, OS version, app version, browser type, language, IP address);
  • Usage and diagnostics data (feature use, crash logs, performance metrics) to operate and improve the Services;
  • Cookies, local storage and similar technologies on Our website;
  • Approximate location derived from IP address where needed for security or localisation (We do not require precise location unless an app feature clearly asks for it).

2.3 Information from Apple

If You download or use Our apps from the Apple App Store, Apple may provide Us limited information related to purchases, subscriptions, refunds or account status in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy practices. Payment card details for App Store purchases are processed by Apple, not by Us.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain and improve the website and apps;
  • respond to enquiries and provide support;
  • send service-related notices and, where permitted, updates or marketing communications;
  • personalise content or experience where appropriate;
  • monitor performance, fix bugs and ensure security;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce Our terms;
  • analyse aggregated usage to improve Our products and platforms; and

We do not sell Your personal information. We do not use personal data for third-party cross-app tracking for advertising unless We obtain any consent required by Apple and applicable law, and disclose that practice clearly in-app and in App Store privacy labels.

We may share personal information only where necessary and lawful, with:

  • employees and authorised personnel of Boundary Breakers;
  • service providers who help Us host, operate, analyse or support the Services (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics or crash reporting), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • professional advisers (legal, accounting) where required;
  • Apple Inc. and its affiliates as needed to distribute, update or support apps on Apple platforms;
  • government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law; and
  • a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this Policy.

5. Apple Platforms and App Store

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's App Store terms, Apple's privacy practices, and any privacy nutrition labels We publish in App Store Connect. Those labels summarise data collection practices for each app and should be read together with this Policy.

Features that use Apple frameworks (for example Sign in with Apple, Push Notifications, In-App Purchase, or Apple Analytics) process data as described by Apple and as configured by Us for that app.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce Our rights, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, We delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable retention requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data We process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting information electronically.
